Common questions

Do we need an Amadeus account?
Only if you create or edit PNRs yourself. If your agency sends confirmations, you can just import them and still generate SSR/OSI for copy-paste.
What confirmation/PNR formats can we import?
Paste structured email text (Travel Agent's export). We map segments, fares and ticket numbers to the right traveler.
When do Letters of Guarantee appear?
As soon as tickets are marked. You can download a single LoG or a ZIP of many and attach them to your Travel Announce email.
Can we focus only Sign-On or Sign-Off?
Yes. Switch between All / SON / SOF. You can bulk select/deselect and add operator remarks with a live counter.
