Crew Travel

The Crew Travel module streamlines the logistics of getting seafarers from their homes to vessels and back. It integrates with existing travel workflows and provides tools to manage bookings, documentation, and costs in one place.

Amadeus Integration

E-CMS parses Amadeus PNR (Passenger Name Record) data, automatically extracting flight details, ticket numbers, and booking references, and generates SSR (Special Service Request) records for submission back to the GDS. This eliminates manual data entry when working with travel agents who use the Amadeus GDS.

Travel Arrangements

Each crew change generates a travel record that tracks outbound and return flights, transit connections, hotel arrangements if needed, and ground transportation. Travel agents are managed as reference data, and the system maintains an airport and airline database for quick lookups.

Letters of Guarantee & Intent

The system automatically generates Letters of Guarantee for travel agents and Letters of Intent for visa applications. These documents are pre-populated with the seafarer's details, vessel information, port of embarkation, and company data -- ready for immediate dispatch.

Crew Change Announcements

When crew changes are confirmed, the system generates announcements that can be distributed to relevant parties -- port agents, vessel masters, and fleet operations. Batch import functionality handles scenarios where multiple crew members are traveling together for the same crew change.
