Common questions

What is “partner” screening for the Top-4?
When you plan a Master, E-CMS shows the Chief Officer’s matrix on board, so you see if the pair meets OCIMF expectations. The check is reciprocal when planning the C/O. The same applies to Chief Engineer (C/E) and Second Engineer (2/E).
Can we upload the matrix to Oil Majors portals?
Yes. Export the matrix as Excel (.xlsx) for quick upload. Keep the exported file with your vetting documents or attach it to requests from charterers. API could be provided upon request.
