Monthly deductions for union dues, insurance premiums, training costs, and other recurring charges are applied systematically with configurable rules.

Vessel cashbox management replaces paper ledgers with digital transaction records. Each vessel maintains its own cashbox with opening and closing balances, transaction categories, and monthly reconciliation reports. The handover process between relieving officers is documented and auditable, with sign-off records and balance verification.
