Vessel Dashboard & Maintenance Calendar
An equipment tree that scopes the due-work list, condition trends and spares, with a month, week and day calendar of the same work.
The dashboard is the vessel's day-to-day cockpit in E-PMS. An equipment tree on the left, grouped by SFI system, scopes three panes on the right: work orders, condition parameters and spares. Click a main engine and you see its due work, its readings and its spares. Click the selected node again and you are back to the whole ship.
Overdue First, Then Everything Else
Every node in the tree carries one rolled-up indicator for its whole branch: a red count of overdue work, or a plain count of open work. The work list opens on what is due today and can be widened to this week, two weeks, this month or a custom horizon. Status chips (overdue, due, in progress, suspended, postponed), attribute chips (Critical, Safety, Class) and a rank filter narrow the list to the jobs that matter to the person looking at it. In-progress and running-hours work is never hidden by the horizon.
The Same Work as a Calendar
A list-or-calendar toggle projects the same filtered work onto a month, week or day view. Month cells summarise counts per status; week columns show the job chips themselves; day is the full detailed list. Running-hours jobs appear on their forecast date, completed work can be shown on the day it was actually done, and a warning band flags overdue work that sits before the visible range. On a phone the calendar becomes a day-by-day agenda.
Parameters and Spares in Scope
The parameters tab plots recorded condition readings for the equipment in scope against their limit lines, with a before-and-after-service view that shows the effect of maintenance. A latest-readings monitor lists the most recent value per parameter, out-of-limit rows first. The spares tab shows tree-scoped stock with below-minimum and on-order filters and a drag-to-order rail that turns a low spare into an order line. See stock control.
Office Fleet Overview
On the office node, a superintendent looking at the whole fleet sees fleet KPIs instead: vessels in operation, overdue work, work due within seven days, work in progress, jobs awaiting office approval and certificates expiring. Approvals can be given from here without opening the vessel and reach the ship on its next exchange. The vessel table drills into the worst ship first.
