Fleet Analytics & Reports

Fleet-wide completion, backlog and overdue trends by vessel and system, corrective ratios and reports for owners, class and management review.

Because the office node holds synced data from every vessel, analytics in E-PMS is fleet-wide by default and narrows to one ship with the fleet picker. It shows how maintenance is tracking across the fleet, where the backlog is building and how compliance stands.

What It Shows

Maintenance completion and backlog by vessel and by system. Overdue and upcoming work at fleet scale, with critical work reported separately. Trends over time, so you can see whether a vessel is catching up or falling behind. Corrective versus planned ratios, workload forecasts and repeat overdues that point at a plan that needs revisiting rather than a crew that needs chasing.

Built on Structural Data

Every installed unit references its master type in the fleet registry, so breakdowns recorded with a root cause group naturally across sister vessels by construction. The same equipment failing on several ships becomes visible as a fleet pattern instead of a series of unrelated incidents.

Reports

Produce the reports you need for owners, class or internal review from the reports page. Because the office holds data from every vessel, reports span the whole fleet rather than a single ship. Analytics reflects synced data; the sync status shows how current each vessel is.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see one vessel or the whole fleet?
Both. Analytics follows the fleet picker: one vessel is always live, the whole-fleet view aggregates every ship.
How current is the data?
As current as each vessel's last exchange. The sync status shows which ships are up to date and which are on a poor link.
Does it support TMSA management review?
The analytics are designed to feed TMSA element 12 measurement and improvement: overdue by criticality, deferral aging, failure frequency and completion trends for the review pack.
