Sealogic Ltd. (Limassol, Cyprus) develops E-CMS, covering the full crew management lifecycle — crew planning, STCW and MLC 2006 compliance, rest-hours tracking, crew payroll, vetting, seafarer self-service — the D-BASE vessel data platform, and E-PMS, a planned maintenance system for ships that runs offline on board and syncs with the office. The ship management suite is extended further with a Safety Management System (SMS), Port Planner, and Procurement module.

E-CMS is hosted entirely in the EU on Hetzner infrastructure and is fully GDPR-compliant, with no exposure to the US CLOUD Act. This is a measurable data-sovereignty advantage over US-incorporated SaaS providers. The platform serves gas, bulk, tanker, chemical, and offshore operators of all sizes.
